We wipe or destroy all drives (at no charge) unless you’d like to keep the data. This assurance is especially meaningful when handling devices belonging to recently departed loved ones — ensuring that their personal files, photos, and memories are treated with care and remain private.

If you’d like to preserve those memories, we can transfer important data — pictures, documents, music, and videos — to another device for you. We’ll also provide the original drive as a secure family archive.
(Note: the data transfer service does not include the new device, but we offer reliable replacement drives and computers for sale if needed.)
